Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend! Can you believe I am trying to movement during this crazy holiday flavor? Well, we are and during the next couple weeks I am going to be highlighting some of my favorite new friends. Non only is this helping me get through our move, only wait until you meet my friends, you are going to Dearest them!

I'm freakin' jazzed to be guest posting over here today because A) I met Jenny last month and have since attained a somewhat decent concur on my daughter vanquish. B) I'm excited to go to know you guys every bit well so we can all take function in a virtual round of face cheek pinching. and C) I'chiliad sort of hoping that I can get Jenny to teach me how to do my pilus like hers. Those WAVES. Are y'all kidding?

Classic Beef and Bean Chili
ThisClassic Beefiness and Bean Chiliis the perfect hearty weeknight dinner for your family. Filled with ground beefiness, beans, tomatoes and plenty of assuming flavors, this chili recipe is to die for!

Ingredients
- i lb lean basis beef
- 1 medium yellow onion diced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp crushed jalapeno pepper or 1 tbsp cayenne
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp cumin
- one tbsp smoked paprika
- 14.5 oz can black beans drained and rinsed
- 14.five oz can pinto beans drained and rinsed
- fourteen.5 oz can chili ready cherry-red beans undrained
- 14.five oz tin burn down roasted tomatoes
- 4 small heirloom tomatoes roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh oregano
- 2 tbsp fresh thyme
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- one tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- one dash coarse salt
- 1 nuance freshly ground pepper
- fresh cilantro and grated parmesan cheese for garnish
Instructions

Estrus a large pot or dutch oven over medium-high and add together the meat. Brown all over, and so add the onions and garlic. Saute ii minutes, until the onions take softened.

Add the crushed jalapeno peppers, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika and a good compression of salt and pepper. Blossom spices for 1 minute while tossing everything around.

Add the beans and tomatoes, along with all the herbs. Add iii cups water (or stock of your selection) and simmer 20 minutes.

Add together the mustard, love, dark-brown sugar and cider; simmer for an hour.

Sense of taste it, toss in more salt and pepper if needed. Serve chili garnished with cilantro and parmesan or cheddar cheese.
